From Colossians 3

• Spiritually Surrendered- The greatest gift we can bring is a yielded spirit. (Colossians 3:1)
• Externally Focused - Our goal in all things is to share Christ with a lost and     hurting world.  (Colossians 3:2)
• Lives That Model Commitment – The two most powerful words you can share with another person are “Follow Me”.  (Colossians 3:3-4)
• Authentic Communication – We will address issues face to face using loving language and actions. (Colossians 3:8-10)
• Letting God Lead – We will be led by people who are on their knees, surrendered to the peace of Christ as our goal. (Colossians 3:15)
• Expectant Attitudes - We believe something amazing is happening and will happen in this place and with these people. (Colossians 3:16-17)
• Make Ministry Commitments High - Everything we do as a church is to be seen as a ministry. (Colossians 3:23)
• Value One Another - Whenever we see someone serving, our service should be to encourage them. (Colossians 3:24-25)
